Terms of Attending Bring The Noise:
By entering the premises, all attendees assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Attendees waive any claims for personal injury, death, property damage or loss, and all other claims arising from or related to the event, against the venue, the host, and all related parties, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees.
Attendees acknowledge that they have voluntarily agreed to attend the event and are fully aware of the risks involved. Attendees assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, or losses that may result from their attendance at the event. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the venue, the host, and all related parties, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or resulting from their attendance at the event.
All attendees must adhere to the rules and regulations of the event and any instructions provided by the host or venue staff. Failure to comply with any rules or instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.
By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, all attendees agree to these terms and conditions and the liability waiver contained herein. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement or the event shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in St Lucie County, Florida.
