By entering this event as participants and/or spectators including members of their party agree to all show guidelines and regulations. participants and/or spectators will be referred to as "All Parties" for the remainder of this agreement. This event and its staff reserve the right to refuse admittance to or to dismiss anyone for unacceptable conduct at our discretion. All vehicles must be present and registered before judging commences in order to be eligible for an award. All parties also agree to allow pictures of their person and/or vehicle to be used in the publicity and advertising of this event as show coverage for this event as well as in promotional advertising for future events. Personal information such as email and phone number will never be sold or distributed. This information is for contact in regards to this event and vehicle judging only. All parties do hereby release and discharge Tint Citi Customz and Audio Arena it’s event sponsors of any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that maybe suffered by any participants to his/her person or property.
